Brendan Kemp is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Front End Engineering Lead at Redaptive, Inc., Brendan maximizes productivity across six front end squads by implementing testing protocols, component libraries, feature flags, and standardized API integrations. Previous positions include Lead Software Engineer at Notable, where Brendan re-architected a loan platform in Typescript and developed a double-entry accounting system, and Lead Software Engineer at Vote Blue, where integrations with HR systems were implemented to facilitate hiring during election seasons.
