Christina Kim

Christina Kim works as Counsel supporting the legal team at Redaptive.

Prior to Redaptive, Christina worked at an international law firm, where she counseled private equity firms and strategic buyers in the acquisition or sale of companies in several industries such as retail, technology, and finance. Christina also advised underwriters and companies in multiple equity and debt offerings. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy and a B.A. in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
