Kyra Capizzani serves as the Organization Development & Effectiveness Leader at Redaptive, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Kyra held the position of Director of Client Services at Syntropy Partners, LLC from December 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included account management, solution delivery, and business development for clients in education and the private sector. From July 2015 to December 2021, Kyra was with Denver Public Schools, initially as Program Manager in the Strategy & Program Management Office, later advancing to Portfolio Manager and PMO Sr. Manager, providing strategic oversight and consultancy for projects. Kyra also led the Superintendent Search Project, advising the Denver Board of Education. Earlier career roles included Pro Bono Consultant for Campfire Innovation and various positions at Hitachi Consulting, focusing on energy solutions and change management. Kyra's educational background includes B.S. degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Business Practices and in Natural Resource Tourism from Colorado State University, complemented by study at Swansea University.
