Nick Waugh

Nick Waugh currently serves as the Senior Director of Sustainability Solutions at Redaptive, Inc. since November 2021. In addition to this role, Nick is the Board Member and President of the Madrone Community Development Foundation and has previously held the positions of Board Member and Treasurer at Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley from 2016 to 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Stifel Financial Corp. (2019-2021) and First Vice President at George K. Baum & Company (2016-2019). Earlier roles include Director of Public Finance Ratings at S&P Global Ratings (2009-2016) and Senior Associate at Business for Social Responsibility (2001-2006). Nick also ran as a candidate for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 2004. Academic credentials include an MBA from Yale School of Management (2007-2009) and a BA in Economics from Williams College (1996-2000), with additional studies at Exeter College, Oxford University (1998-1999).
