Raul Viera, MBA, PE, currently serves as the Capital Structuring and Pricing Manager at Redaptive, Inc., where project underwriting for solar and power generation projects involves detailed technical and financial evaluations, financial modeling, and risk assessments. Previously, Raul Viera worked at Bernhard from July 2014 to September 2022, holding various positions including Senior Financial Analyst & Business Developer, and Energy Manager, where responsibilities included developing Energy-as-a-Service transactions, managing energy efficiency projects, and overseeing a $60 million engineering project for a large hospital.
