Zeba Siddiquee

Zeba is the People Operations Partner, focusing on creating memorable employee experiences at Redaptive. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from T.A.Pai Management Institute(TAPMI). She has previously managed Human Resources function from small to mid-size companies in industries including healthcare, e-commerce, retail, and real estate with a focus on setting up the HR function, full employee life-cycle needs, and change management.

Outside of work, Zeba enjoys traveling and trying new recipes. She is a self-learned artist and loves trying folk and meditative art.
