PJ Haarsma is the owner and executive producer of Redbear Films, a production company that provides content solutions for advertising agencies and direct clients. PJ has also authored a four-book science fiction series and founded Kids Need to Read, a nonprofit organization promoting childhood literacy. With experience in various production roles at companies like Wunderman West and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, PJ Haarsma has a strong background in integrated production and broadcast producing. PJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from McMaster University.
