Michael Francis

Michael Francis is a seasoned marketing and branding expert with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of Farview Associates, LLC since October 2012, Michael has spearheaded the development and launch of numerous high-profile consumer brands in collaboration with celebrities, influencers, and Fortune 50 companies, generating over $2B in sales. Additional roles include Operating Partner at RedBird Capital Partners, Consultant and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Walmart, and Board Member for several companies including Happy, Inc., Prosper Brands, Coolhouse Botanicals, and Vestergaard. Previously, Michael served as Chief Global Brand Officer at DreamWorks Animation and President of JCPenney, along with significant leadership roles at Target. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Michigan and attended IPAG Business School.
