Harvey Madison has worked in various roles since 1994. Harvey began their career as an Office Manager at Modular Technology in 1994. In 1995, they moved to the McCombs School of Business as a Computer Lab Manager. In 1998, they became an Assistant LAN Administrator at the Eanes Independent School District, where they provided support, programming, troubleshooting, and installation services for the school district's Apple and PC workstations, Microsoft network, Novell Network, and Frame Relay transport networks. Harvey also provided computer instruction for teachers compatible with their curricula. In 2000, Harvey moved to Broadwing Communications as a Sr. Sales Engineer/Training Manager, managing and providing sales and technical training programs for 74 national sales engineers, technical call center professionals, sales executives, the RFP response team, and staff of newly-acquired companies. Harvey also created computer-based tools and applications for measuring employee job efficacy before and after training as well as statistical analysis to evaluate changes in business metrics (including revenue) resulting from training initiatives. In 2006, they became a Sr. Director at NovusEdge, Inc. In 2009, they moved to Precision Control Systems of Chicago, Inc. as a Training Lead and Technical Consultant, providing inside and outside training and high touch level 3 technical support on-demand for signature product. In 2015, they began working at Redbird Flight Simulations as a Director Instructional Design & Content and an Instructional Designer (Learning Experience Designer). In this position they created in-simulator and multimedia instructional products for pilots and aviation community, including Guided Independent Flight Training (GIFT), GIFT-Instrument, K12 Professional Development course, instructional and marketing videos (as developer and on-camera talent), STEM flight training curriculum and sim practicals, webinars, and other products. Harvey also provided project and product management duties for product content creation and development.

Harvey Madison attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1994, studying Educational Psychology. Harvey has also obtained certifications in Workplace Tech from Schneider Electric (2009), NiagaraAX from Tridium (2008), EdgeAccess EdgeManager from NovusEdge, Inc. (2006), CCDA from Cisco (2005), Roy Steele Training & Development from Dr. Roy Steele (2004), Selasky Public Speaking from Jessica Selasky (2001), MCSE from Microsoft (1999), CNA from Novell (1996), and Amateur Radio Operator (HAM Radio) from the Federal Communications Commission (2014).
