Manoj Anand is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and executing major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering & Compliance at Redbrick Offices since October 2025, Manoj previously held the position of Deputy Manager of Electrical Engineering at Tata Projects from July 2018 to July 2025. Notable achievements include leading electrical engineering teams for the Chennai Metro Rail Limited and Mumbai Metro Line-4 projects, where Manoj oversaw power distribution systems, emergency power systems, and innovative smart technologies, significantly enhancing energy efficiency and operational safety.
