Ari Gargir is a seasoned leader in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of RedC Biotech Ltd. since April 2015. With extensive experience, Ari has held pivotal roles such as Mentor at Starburst Aerospace, Head of Products at Neuroderm, and VP of Products at Nucleix Ltd. Prior to these positions, Ari was the Head of R&D, Scouting & Business Development at Life Technologies, where responsibilities included scouting biomedical technologies in Israel and establishing business relations for product development and technology licensing. Earlier roles included Head of R&D at Glycominds, where Ari led the development of the GlycoChip® technology, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ari holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Tel Aviv University, along with an MSc in Biotechnology and a BSc in Biology. Additionally, participation in MassChallenge Israel took place from May to July 2023.
