Eva Heuermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and IT business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Expert at Redcare Pharmacy since June 2021, Eva specializes in customer service across both Pharma and non-Pharma processes. Prior to this role, Eva worked as an IT Business Analyst at nemeses GmbH & Co. KG and as a consultant at Xenium AG. Additionally, Eva served as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Universität Mannheim from October 2011 to September 2017, focusing on research in geometric analysis and algebraic geometry while also mentoring students and organizing tutoring operations. Eva holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Mannheim and a Diplom in Mathematics from Heidelberg University.
