Thomas Draheim

Thomas Draheim is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Experience at Redcare Pharmacy since April 2023. Previously, Thomas held the position of Senior Manager Customer Experience at SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE from August 2021 to May 2023 and worked as a Senior Business Consultant Customer Experience at BearingPoint from April 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Thomas was a Senior Research Executive at Ipsos, focusing on international customer satisfaction and customer experience projects, particularly in the automotive sector. Thomas also served as a Consultant for Customer Analytics at Interphace GmbH from July 2011 to August 2012. Academic qualifications include two Magister degrees in Sociology from the University of Augsburg, completed between 2003 and 2011.
