Shubham K. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

SHUBHAM started their career in May 2018 as a Business Development Executive at RedCarpetUp.com, where they were responsible for driving sales and overseeing the sales process to attract new clients. SHUBHAM also onboarded and trained the ground team to increase sales numbers and resolved customer queries.

In January 2019, Shubham transitioned into the role of Manager - DSA Channel, where they worked in the marketing and sales department. SHUBHAM created a hierarchy to build a sales environment in multiple cities and onboarded new channel partners aligned with their respective territories. SHUBHAM held this position until December 2019.

From January 2020 to January 2022, Shubham served as a Bucket Manager (Collections) at RedCarpetUp.com. In this role, they oversaw staff members and ensured accurate and timely payouts of agents. SHUBHAM set payment collection goals and targets for the department and created and implemented strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

Starting from February 2022, Shubham took on the role of Collection Manager - New Product at RedCarpetUp.com, where they worked as an operation manager. SHUBHAM was responsible for taking care of all ins and outs of company operations and training and mentoring staff members in the collections department.

Prior to joining RedCarpetUp.com, Shubham co-founded Sabjistore in November 2016 and held the position until July 2017.

Shubham K. obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from DIT University. SHUBHAM attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
