Tamas Zakanyi

Tamas Zakanyi has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Tamas started their career at Elcoteq as a System Operator, where they were responsible for maintaining production workstations and ensuring smooth operations. Tamas then transitioned to the role of an IM Application Specialist, providing support and handling queries for end users. At ResponseTek, Tamas worked as a Software Support Engineer, Senior Software Support Engineer, and Technical Project Manager, where they managed implementations, provided technical leadership, and attended client meetings. Later, at RedCloud, they worked as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing client implementations, configuration, and training. Tamas then progressed to the role of Project Manager, where they managed global marketplace implementations, coordinated project tasks, and governed project meetings. In their most recent role at RedCloud as Director of Operations, Tamas was responsible for coordinating activities across finance, IT, regulatory compliance, and customer success, ensuring efficient business operations, and working on company strategy and key projects.

Tamas Zakanyi completed their secondary education at Arpad Fejedelem Gymnasium from 1993 to 2001. Tamas then pursued higher education at Pecsi Tudomanyegyetem Pollack Mihaly Muszaki Kar, where they studied Informatics from 2001 to 2006, ultimately obtaining their degree in 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Tamas Zakanyi has also acquired certifications such as Prince2 Foundation from PEOPLECERT in October 2017 and Zendesk Certified Support Administrator from Zendesk in June 2020.
