Ken Ishimitsu

Ken Ishimitsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at RedCompass Labs since July 2021, Ken previously held the position of Director of Strategic Planning, EIOD at Mizuho from November 2011 to June 2021, focusing on IT and operations within Europe. Prior to Mizuho, Ken served as Deputy General Manager at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, overseeing banking operations and IT strategy for the EMEA network, and had key roles in developing an in-house Euro Clearing System and implementing a Cash Management System across Asia. Ken's career began at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, where roles included Head of Treasury Sales and Manager. Ken holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from The University of Tokyo.
