Currently serving as a Finance Consultant at RedCompass Labs since June 2023, Tim previously held the position of CFO at MET Film School, where the focus was on nurturing creative professionals in filmmaking. Tim also served as CFO at essensys, a software and IT services business for the serviced office sector, and as Finance Director at ControlCircle, providing crucial financial oversight before the company's acquisition. Earlier roles include significant positions at Microsoft, where Tim managed advertising business projects and divisional finance, and as Finance Manager at O2 Online, focusing on maximizing ROI through strategic procurement. Tim holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
