Mina Medhat possesses extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition and compensation and benefits. Currently serving as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E since May 2023, Mina previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Dar Al-Alamia and was Head of Talent Acquisition at REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E from November 2020 to July 2022. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Section Head at El Hazek Construction and various positions at Orascom Construction Ltd, culminating in a Senior HR Specialist role focusing on Talent Management. Mina holds a degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from SADAT Academy for Management Sciences, completed between 2010 and 2013.
