Animesh Prakash has a strong background in reward management, compensation, and benefits. With experience in various prestigious companies such as Shangri-La Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Burberry, Animesh has held titles such as Reward Manager, Compensation Partner, and Executive Reward. Animesh also has a Master's degree in Management Consulting and Human Resource Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Prior to this, Animesh completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Hons) from Delhi University.
