Emma Bell

Emma Bell is a Risk Analyst II at the County of San Joaquin as of January 2024, having previously served as a Safety and Training Specialist for the County of Calaveras from November 2021 to December 2023, where management of a countywide safety program and implementation of policies were key responsibilities. From October 2018 to November 2021, Emma was the Aquatic Therapy & Wellness Program Manager at Service First of Northern California, and prior experience includes roles at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as a PBI lead and at Centerra Group as a Health & Fitness Program Manager. Early career positions include a corporate wellness internship at Weber State University and work as a Physical Therapy Aide at Rock Run Physical Therapy. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Weber State University, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
