Meg Lerma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Meg began their career as an ESL Teacher at Talkingnet Global Ed. in 2009 and then moved on to work as an ESL Teacher at English Network Opportunity Zone from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Pre-school and Elementary Teacher at Mary Heights Learning Center. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an ESL Teacher at Chungdahm Phils. Inc. Following that, they served as a Productivity Assistant at Prialto from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Vital Addition as an Executive Assistant. In 2016, they transitioned to Harbour IT, where they held multiple roles including Account Manager from 2016 to 2018, Service Delivery Coordinator from 2018 to 2019, and Sales and Delivery Operations Team Leader from 2019 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as an Operations Manager at Outsource Broker Support. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Coordinator at REDD, starting in May 2023.

Meg Lerma completed their Bachelor of Secondary Education degree with a focus on English at Santa Isabel College from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a Helpdesk Habits certification from Helpdesk Habits in May 2023.
