Paulina Ogrodzka

Paulina Ogrodzka has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2008. Paulina began their career as an Intern at Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 and then again at JLL in 2011. In 2015, they took on the role of Proxy at SKYCONCEPT. In 2021, they became the Chief of HR at REDD Real Estate Digital Data, where they are responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and practices, as well as improving and monitoring employee productivity.

Paulina Ogrodzka obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw in 2013.
