Tom Ogrodzki

Tom Ogrodzki has worked in various roles since 2012. Tom began their career as the CEO of SKYCONCEPT in 2012. In 2016, they co-founded re+ leasing software. In 2018, they became the CEO & Founder of REDD Real Estate Digital Data, the No. 1 commercial real estate platform and marketplace in CEE trusted by CBRE, DWS, EY, Hines, Newmark, and Savills.

Tom Ogrodzki obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw in 2013. Tom also holds a certification in Foundations of Everyday Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained in April 2018.
