James Kerton

James Kerton serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary at Convatec since May 2024. Prior to this role, James held positions as General Counsel and Company Secretary at ZIGUP from 2022 to May 2024 and as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Convatec during 2021-2022. James has a significant legal background, having worked as Managing Director of Legal - Corporate Transactions at the London Stock Exchange Group from 2010 to 2021 and as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2004 to 2010. James holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School. Early education includes Cranbrook School and Tonbridge School.
