Addie Marino

Addie Marino serves as the Head of UX at Reddit, Inc., leading the consumer product UX organization to drive innovation and enhance user experiences. Previously, Addie held various positions at Spotify, including Director of Product Design for both free and paid products, focusing on subscription growth and new revenue streams. During tenure at Meta, Addie directed multidisciplinary experience design efforts, founded a start-up team for AR innovation, and led the creative for video product incubators. Earlier career experiences included directing design at Pierce and creating immersive brand experiences at Lippincott. Addie Marino holds degrees from Cornell University and The Glasgow School of Art.
