Alayna George

Alayna G. currently serves as the Director of Product & Tech Talent Acquisition at Reddit, Inc., starting in June 2024, where Alayna leads the global recruiting team for Product and Tech organizations. Previously, Alayna held multiple leadership positions at Netflix from April 2012 to January 2024, including Director of Talent for the Asia Pacific region, managing a team across six countries, and launching the Global Flex Recruiting initiative to enhance organizational agility. Additional roles at Netflix included overseeing Talent Acquisition for various functions, including Cloud & Platform Engineering, and managing recruitment operations for HR-related activities. Alayna began a career in recruitment with positions at Nancy Glass Productions and lululemon athletica. Alayna holds a BA in Communication Studies and Sociology from the University of San Francisco and participated in a study abroad program at Victoria University of Wellington, having also attended Parsons School of Design.
