Analuisa D. currently serves as the Director of Ads Policy for Trust & Safety at Reddit, Inc. since October 2023 and is also an Industry Speaker for BrainStation. With extensive experience in advertising policy and safety, Analuisa previously held the position of Global Head of Revenue Policy at Twitter from June 2014 to March 2023, managing a global team while overseeing advertising policies and influencing regulatory frameworks. Earlier roles included managerial positions at Yahoo, where Analuisa fostered a safe advertising marketplace and drove significant revenue growth in Latin America. Analuisa began a career in media coordination and planning, having worked at Yahoo! Mexico and Havas, and has contributed to the United Nations Environment Programme as a contractor. Analuisa holds a degree in Science and Technology on Mass Media Communication from Universidad Nuevo Mundo, A.C.
