Deepak Gupta

Deepak Gupta is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and developing web platforms. At Reddit, Inc., Deepak has successfully managed and mentored a team of engineers, defined KPIs and vision for the web platform, and led the migration from legacy systems. Prior to Reddit, Deepak served as Senior Manager of Engineering at Glassdoor, where responsibilities included launching the Offer Analyzer product, improving operational readiness, and mentoring engineers. Deepak's career also includes significant positions at Citrix, where best practices for development were established, and earlier roles that laid the foundation for expertise in web development. Deepak holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
