Eddie Tigs is a Senior Technical Sourcer at Reddit. Eddie has previous experience working as a Tech Sourcer at Lyft, an Uber Technical Sourcer, and a Technical Sourcer at USAA. Eddie has also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc.

Eddie has over 45 years of experience in the staffing industry and has developed a proprietary methodology called the Kforce Knowledge Staffing Model. This allows him to deliver perfectly timed resources in four major technology specializations – Functional Engagements, Development, Enterprise Data Management, and Infrastructure.
