Jody M. is a skilled product designer and manager with extensive experience in technology and media. Currently serving as a Product Designer in Growth at Reddit, Inc. since May 2022, Jody has previously held significant roles such as Senior Product Manager at The Atlantic, where leadership was demonstrated in building habit-forming features and overseeing product strategy. At Rest of World, Jody contributed as Design Director and Product Strategist, leading the launch team and managing all aspects of design for a new digital publication. Earlier experience includes product management roles at The New York Times and Harvard Business Review, focusing on storytelling and subscriber experience, respectively. Jody began a career at TED, advancing through roles in distribution and partnerships. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from NYU and participation in the Sulzberger Executive Leadership Program at Columbia University.
