Kavya Bhargava

Kavya Bhargava is a seasoned professional in growth strategy and international market expansion, currently serving as the Lead of International Growth at Reddit, Inc. since January 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Marketplace, Growth & Content at Bizup, and Associate Director of New Initiatives, Monetization at Meesho. Kavya has also held significant positions in strategy and operations at Flipkart Wholesale and Walmart, where responsibilities spanned from Chief of Staff Office to Deputy General Manager. An early career includes time as a Senior Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney and a variety of internships.
