Michelle Reynolds

Michelle Reynolds is the current Chief Accounting Officer at Reddit. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Controllership Accounting at Snap Inc. from April 2016 to August 2021. In this role, Michelle was responsible for solving and documenting complex, technical accounting and auditing issues on a daily basis. Michelle also provided clients with advice on technical accounting and SEC matters, and was responsible for project management and profitability on two large public companies. Michelle oversaw a staff of 8-12 people on a daily basis, and had consistent communication and exposure to executives from both the internal and external perspectives.

Prior to their time at Snap Inc., Michelle was the Group Manager of U.S. Corporate Accounting at Procter & Gamble from December 2012 to April 2016. Before Procter & Gamble, they worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Manager of Assurance Services from January 2005 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for solving and documenting complex, technical accounting and auditing issues, providing clients with advice on technical accounting and SEC matters, and managing the profitability of two large public companies. Michelle oversaw a staff of 8-12 people on a daily basis, and had consistent communication and exposure to executives from both the internal and external perspectives.

Michelle Reynolds has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accountancy from Miami University.

Michelle Reynolds reports to Steve Huffman, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Kevin Dious - Chief of Staff to the CEO, Roxy Young - Chief Marketing Officer, and Pali Bhat - Chief Product Officer.
