Pat Gannon

Pat Gannon is an accomplished engineering leader currently at Reddit, Inc., where leadership of the New Ad Formats team commenced in June 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Engineering at Stellar Health from March 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities encompassed managing the data ingestion platform and overseeing integration with EHR systems while leading a team of up to 24 engineers. Gannon has an extensive background at LinkedIn from August 2014 to March 2022, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineering Manager, playing a pivotal role in launching innovative ad products and managing large engineering teams.
