Paul Peterman is the Head of Brand Partnerships, West at Reddit. Prior to their current position, Paul served as President of the NW Region for Compass, a PropTech Disrupter. Paul has also held the position of Director, Head of Industry, Technology & Connectivity at Facebook & Instagram.

Paul has a long history of helping business leaders and marketers navigate the changing media landscape to drive real business results through digital transformation. Paul is an expert in developing go-to-market strategies for various advertising solutions across Facebook and Instagram, including video, B2B and other revenue channels.

Under Paul’s leadership, TechConnect became one of the largest and fastest growing industries within the Facebook Global Business Group, with annual revenue of $1B+. Paul has also played a key role in the development of Facebook Seattle advertising sales team. Paul’s experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to Reddit and they are poised to continue driving success for the company in their current role.

Paul Peterman attended Western Washington University for their undergraduate degree. Paul then went on to attend Columbia Business School for their Implementing Winning Strategies Program.

Paul Peterman works with Adam Carl - Director of Brand Partnerships, Dave Yang - Head of Brand Partnerships, Southwest, and Mary Ann Belliveau - VP, North America Large Customer Sales. Paul Peterman reports to Harold Klaje, EVP & President, Global Advertising.
