Rick Estacio

Rick Estacio serves as the Sr. Director and Global Head of Commercial and Advertising Legal at Reddit, Inc. since May 2023, leading a team responsible for negotiating agreements with key clients and partners on a global scale. Prior to this role, Rick held positions at Coinbase, where as Director of Global Head of Commercial Legal, provided legal guidance on crypto prime brokerage, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Product and Commercial Counsel, focusing on compliance and risk assessment. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where Rick represented global financial institutions in complex regulatory and litigation matters. Rick holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Economics & Psychology from Amherst College.
