Jon Elger

Jon Elger has extensive experience in housing management, currently serving as Neighbourhood and Tenancy Manager at Redditch Borough Council since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jon worked as Regional Manager for Communities and Neighbourhoods at Platform Housing Group and Fortis Living, specializing in enforcement issues related to anti-social behaviour, property conditions, and tenancy fraud. Jon's career in housing management began at Festival Housing, where Jon held various positions culminating in the role of Housing Manager. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Economics and Business from the University of Worcester and a Certificate in Professional Studies in Housing from the University of Central England in Birmingham.
