Lisa Devey has extensive experience in customer support and financial management within local government, currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at Redditch Borough Council since December 2014, overseeing Housing Benefits, Subsidy, and System Support teams. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions as Assistant Financial Support Manager and Quality & Improvement Officer. Lisa's career began at Stroud District Council, where roles included Benefits Technician from May 2001 to July 2006.
