Lalit Haryani

Lalit Haryani is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as AVP Technology at RedDoorz since September 2019, Lalit has held multiple managerial roles including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Lalit worked at Nagarro from March 2015 to September 2019, where roles included Associate Technical Lead and Senior Associate. Experience also includes a position as Software Engineer at Mindfire Solutions from October 2013 to February 2015, and earlier roles as Engineering Analyst L1 and Technical Analyst at Qualtech Consultants and OnGraph Technologies Limited, respectively, specializing in Ruby on Rails development. Lalit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2011.
