James Liu

James Liu is a dedicated professional with experience in both physical therapy and user experience consulting. As a Home Care Physical Therapist at Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy since January 2022, James focuses on providing quality care in a home setting. Concurrently, James serves as a UX Consultant at ADVANCED ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES, where responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling EMR and conducting user research to enhance patient-clinician connections. Recently, as a UX Designer at WeConcile, James led the ideation and design of new features to improve user flows, utilizing data analysis, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to enhance platform usability. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University Sargent College and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Boston University, along with ongoing studies in UX/UI Design at Springboard.
