Jamal Smyth

Jamal Smyth is a seasoned operations and logistics leader with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Field Equipment Services at Reddy Ice, Jamal has previously held significant leadership roles, including Commanding Officer positions in the Navy Cargo Handling Battalion ELEVEN and Military Sealift Command, where Jamal achieved notable increases in mission readiness and spearheaded training initiatives. With a proven track record in operational management at Primo Water North America and Nestlé Waters, Jamal has effectively improved safety measures, reduced turnover rates, and successfully managed substantial budgets. Jamal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
