Ray Mills

Ray Mills has extensive experience in fleet safety and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Fleet Safety at Reddy Ice since March 2017, Ray is responsible for maintaining and updating fleet safety training materials and training management on compliance. Prior roles include Fleet & Regulatory Administrator and Branch Warehouse Manager at Estes, Inc., where Ray managed warehouse inventory, delivery schedules, and trained company-wide personnel. Previous positions also include Safety Specialist at both Progressive Waste Solutions and Waste Management, as well as Field Safety Supervisor at Lonestar Transportation, overseeing safety operations for over 100 vehicles and managing workers' compensation claims. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2015 and 2019.
