Aleksandra Putra is a Principal and Director at Rede Partners LLP, with extensive experience in investment banking, particularly in equity capital markets across Benelux, France, and Central Eastern Europe. Previously, Aleksandra served as a Vice President and Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan, focusing on Consumer and Retail M&A advisory before progressing to roles within McKinsey & Company and other prominent organizations. An accomplished professional athlete, Aleksandra was an Olympic athlete and European Champion in swimming, achieving notable successes including a European record in the 200m backstroke and numerous medals at national and international competitions. Academically, Aleksandra holds a B.A. in Finance and International Affairs from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Management and MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
