Laura Cowan has extensive work experience in HR roles. Laura is currently the Head of HR at Rede Partners LLP since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BlackRock as an HR Business Partner from January 2015 to May 2021. Laura also has experience as an HR Manager at Allen & Overy from June 2011 to January 2015, and as an HR Officer from January 2009 to May 2011. Laura began their career at DTZ as an HR Officer from July 2006 to December 2008.

Laura Cowan received their secondary education at North London Collegiate School from 1990 to 2001. Laura then attended the University of Birmingham from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree with Joint Honours in French and History. Afterward, Laura pursued further education at The University of Middlesex from 2007 to 2009, earning a Master's degree in HR Management.
