Oded Gibli has worked in a variety of roles. oded began their career in 2008 as a Quality Assurance (QA) at Elad Software Systems. In 2009, they moved to the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where they served as a Project Manager & Data Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Operations Manager at Redefine.

Oded Gibli obtained a Master's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Middle East Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2007.
