Adam Lahav has a variety of work experience in different industries. Adam is currently a Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Redefine Meat since 2019. Adam also worked as a Strategic Planning Analyst in the strategic department at Hewlett-Packard, Indigo division from July 2011 to April 2013. Previous roles include Account & Customers Manager at Knowledge4All - Nofshonit from December 2010 to September 2011, and Economic Researcher at Macro institution for social Economic from May 2009 to August 2010. Adam Lahav began their career as a Helicopter Patrol Officer in the Israeli Navy from 2005 to 2007.
Adam Lahav completed their education starting from high school. Adam attended Hyuvel High School from 1998 to 2001, where they focused on a field of study in Biotechnology and Biochemistry. After high school, they joined the Israel Naval Academy from 2001 to 2003 but did not obtain any specific degree or field of study during this period. Following their time in the Naval Academy, Lahav pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economic & B.M from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Adam then decided to further their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from IDC Herzelia, which they completed from 2012 to 2013.
