Or Sabbah is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on research and development in the additive manufacturing and machine efficiency sectors. Currently serving as the R&D Integration Team Leader at Redefine Meat since October 2019, Or previously held roles as an R&D Integration Engineer and as a Process Development Engineer at Landa Labs, where expertise in machine capabilities and system understanding was developed. Prior experience includes positions as a Printhead and Ink Test Engineer at XJet Ltd., involving research and experimentation with new technologies, and as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, addressing mechanical issues and conducting quality assurance testing. Or Sabbah holds a Bachelor's degree in Practical Engineering and is a certified electrician, both from Ruppin Academic Center.
