Redefine Meat
Yair Katz is a mechanical and control engineer with extensive experience in research and development for motion control systems. Currently serving as an R&D control and motion engineer at Redefine Meat since May 2021, Yair previously held the same role at Velox Ltd. from December 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience includes positions as a control and support engineer at Unitronics from November 2018 to December 2019 and as a control engineer at Brevel for a brief period in 2018. Yair earned both a Bachelor's degree and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 2014 and 2018.
