María José Amarante Vázquez

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
