Adam Vogel has a diverse work experience in various research and academic roles related to speech pathology and genetic diseases. Adam served as the Director & Professor at the Centre for Neuroscience of Speech at The University of Melbourne since 2010. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Redenlab. Adam also worked as a Research Associate at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, where they focused on genetic diseases affecting the nervous system. Adam served as a Consultant Speech Pathologist at Wesley Medical Research and Monash Health, as well as a Consultant Speech Pathologist at Eastern Cognitive Disorders Clinic. Adam also worked as a Director at Melbourne Speech Pathology. Furthermore, they held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Monash University and an Honorary Clinical Research Fellow at Bionics Institute. Adam's career also includes a role as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Safety, Compensation & Recovery Research.

Adam Vogel completed their high school education at St Peters Lutheran College from 1993 to 1997. Adam then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at The University of Queensland from 1998 to 2000. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Speech Pathology from The University of Queensland from 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, they obtained a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
