Shikhar Vaidya

Shikhar Vaidya is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in the fashion and e-commerce industries. Currently, Shikhar serves as Co-Founder and Product Lead at ReDesyn, a platform designed for influencers and content creators, since April 2018. Prior to this, Shikhar was involved with adidas as an AR Crew member and running coach for the Mumbai community from March 2021 to December 2023. Shikhar's entrepreneurial journey includes founding Synonym of Indian Style, a resort wear label, and leading product development at Kultureshop.in. Earlier roles include experience in production and quality assurance at various textile and apparel companies, along with business development and public relations positions in the advertising sector. Shikhar holds a Bachelor of Fashion Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai.
